Mama To Hudson & Owen, Entrepreneur, Yogi and lover of all movement, Wanna-Be Chef, Traveller, Connector, Discoverer.
I have forever been inspired by my love for dance (I trained and performed as a dancer for 20 years with companies across North America) and art (I founded The Village Gallery and Art Beyond Walls in 2003-2013). This online space was launched in 2014 to share my passion for lifestyle and navigating the early years of motherhood. It has shifted into a place where I extend my love for movement, wellness, my work as a project manager, airbnb projects and everything in between.
